Setup & onboarding
Most customers are live in 5–10 days from the kickoff call. We do the configuration, you approve the script, and we run 20+ test calls before you go live.
No. We forward your existing business line to Sandpiper — usually only when you can't answer, or after hours. Your number on business cards, trucks, and Google stays exactly the same.
Google Calendar and Outlook are native — they plug in directly. For Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar, we build a custom automation bridge that syncs contacts, appointments, and jobs both ways. There's a one-time setup fee for those; we'll quote it on the discovery call. Our goal is not to replace your current system — we bolt ours on.
One 30-min discovery call and a 15-min approval at the end. That's it. We script, configure, test, and fine-tune. You don't touch a dashboard unless you want to.
The agents
Most don't. We've done hundreds of blind tests — natural pauses, affirmations, and warmth make it feel like a receptionist who's just really good at their job. If someone asks, we have Sandy answer honestly.
Sandy offers to transfer you directly (if you're available) or to take a message. No loops, no tricks. The caller always wins that request.
You define what counts as an emergency — keywords like "leak," "fire," "no heat," "locked out." When they come up, Sandy skips qualifying and pings you by text and/or call within seconds.
Optional — we can collect a deposit or card-on-file at booking via Stripe. Off by default.
Yes — with the Bilingual add-on (no charge). We set up a dedicated Spanish-speaking agent alongside your English one. You pick how callers route to it (a menu, a separate number, or a rule). Full fluency on Voice, Sales, and Text.
Pricing & policies
Month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
Any time. Start with Voice, add Scheduler a month later, add the full Suite when the first agent pays for itself.
Privacy & data
Encrypted in US data centers on the platform we build on. Recordings and transcripts are yours — you can review, export, or delete anything, anytime.
We use your data to tune your agents only. We never use it to train public models or share it across customers.
Yes. All outbound SMS honors STOP/HELP, quiet hours, and consent records. We handle the compliance plumbing so you don't have to.
